In this internship, you will be using computational chemistry (molecular dynamics simulations) and Bayesian-optimization techniques to develop a closed feedback workflow that allows for screening of anti-corrosive additives.
Practical information:
- The intern must be enrolled as a Master student for the full duration of the internship.
- The internship is paid and lasts for at least 6 months.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement is required.
- Publication is possible, given AkzoNobel’s approval.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in office in Sassenheim.
- The intern will become part of an ongoing research project with experimentalists and computational chemists.
